Does our club have to use a fixed structure?
No. You set up your own committees and positions and record who holds them. A volunteer can hold several positions. Use a one-off task for an occasional contribution without creating an ongoing position.
Can people help without an account?
Yes. A shared task link lets helpers sign up with their name and email address. It does not give them access to the internal workspace. Anyone can also view the public directory and vacancies without an account.
Do we need to use everything at once?
No. Your club chooses which modules are enabled. Disabled areas stay out of the navigation, so you can start with the work you want to organise first.
Does Clubista replace our membership or accounting system?
No. Clubista is for club operations and volunteer work. Your membership and accounting systems keep doing their own job. Before you start, check which data exchange options are available for your systems.
How does the demo work?
You open a prepared sample club without creating an account, and you can switch between example roles. The practice environment is available for four hours. Do not use real personal information or club documents. The introduction and sample club content are in Dutch.
What does Clubista cost?
Final prices are not published yet. The demo does not create an order or subscription. You need to agree pricing, contract length and support before starting with your own club.
Can everyone see all club information?
No. Access depends on assigned permissions and committee settings. Public pages are separate from the internal workspace. Financial and confidential information has its own access rules.
Is Clubista available in English?
The product website is available in Dutch and international English. The app has Dutch and English translations. Content entered by a club is not translated automatically. The current user guide, demo introduction and product screenshots are in Dutch. Check international payment formats and integrations separately.
