Use these steps to prepare your club.
Start with expenses, sponsorship agreements or volunteer shifts, for example. Involve the people who do the work today and find out what information they need. Walk through the whole process together in the demo.
Collect the relevant records you already keep. Clubista can process Excel and CSV files. Check the proposed differences before you apply changes, and decide which source is authoritative.
Create the committees and positions that fit your club. Record who is involved and what they are responsible for. Temporary cover and one-off tasks have a place too. Volunteers do not have to fit a fixed list of roles.
Decide who can view and edit which information. Set committee budgets and spending authority where needed. Check with the volunteers involved that their access fits their work.
Have a small group complete a full action, from submission to review or from agreement to follow-up. Adjust the setup where something is missing, then expand to the next area of work.
Final prices are not on this website yet. The demo lets you explore the product and does not place an order. Pricing and support arrangements need to be clear before you start with your own club.
